Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading, registering for, or using IGCSE Master (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree on your behalf.
1. About the App
IGCSE Master provides study materials for IGCSE subjects, including notes, practice tests, flashcards, progress tracking, exam calendar tools, and optional parent monitoring. The App supports learning and is not a substitute for school teaching or official exam board guidance. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Cambridge Assessment International Education.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- Students may link one or two parent email addresses for monitoring.
- You must not create an account using someone else’s email without permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App unlawfully, access others’ accounts without permission, copy or resell App content, upload harmful code, misuse parent monitoring, or harass others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Subscriptions and payments (auto-renewable)
IGCSE Master offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchase:
- Premium (monthly) — title: Premium; length: 1 month auto-renewable subscription; price shown in the App / App Store at purchase (e.g. RM 24.90/month or local equivalent).
- Premium Annual (yearly) — title: Premium Annual; length: 1 year auto-renewable subscription; price shown in the App / App Store at purchase (e.g. RM 199.90/year or local equivalent).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Intellectual property
App content, design, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to Marveex Solution / IGCSE Master. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence for your own study use only.
6. Educational content disclaimer
Study materials are for revision support only. Test scores do not guarantee exam results. Always verify information with your teacher and official syllabus materials.
7. Parent monitoring
Where a student links a parent email, the parent may view that student’s progress. Students should only add parent emails with permission.
8. Account deletion
You may delete your account anytime via Settings → Delete My Account, subject to our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
